To put enrichment principles into practices through recreational and cultural programs that builds healthy minds, bodies and spirits for all. Accepting the fact that recreation is a necessary and basic fulfillment of the human needs of health, education and welfare.

Tunica Parks & Recreation will provide opportunities and facilities to satisfy the recreational needs of all citizens of the community. Recreational facilities and activities will be offered to include every possible participant regardless of age, race, creed, or economic status.
